Shay Tsuker

Shay Tsuker is the Chairman and Co-founder of ENvizion Medical. Prior to co-founding ENvizion with Doron Besser in 2017, Shay held the position of CEO and Chief Investment Officer at Excellence Nessuah Mutual Funds Management Company and as CEO and founder of Nessua Zannex Mutual Fund.  He was also a senior analyst within Bank Leumi’s investments division, where he honed his proficiency for performing in-depth due diligence, financial statement analysis, and valuation of high-tech companies. Shay has extensive expertise in managing investment portfolios for affluent clients, as well as representing investors of medical device companies.

In addition, Shay has assisted Israeli companies to successfully navigate through the stages of the registration of shares on the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE).

He holds a BA in economics from Tel Aviv’s College of Management, and an MBA in finance from Ben-Gurion University.
