2. Ability to Accept Terms
By using this Site, You represent that You are over the age of 13, as the Site is not intended for children under 13.
3. Website Access
A. ENvizion hereby grants You permission to use the Site, provided that: (i); You will not copy, distribute or modify any part of the Site without ENvizion ’s prior written authorization; (ii) You will not send unsolicited or unauthorized advertisements, spam, chain letters, etc.; (iii) You will not transmit any Content which contains software viruses, or other harmful computer code, files or programs; (iv) You will not disrupt servers or networks connected to the Site; and (v) You will comply with these Terms.
B. You agree not to use or launch any automated system, including without limitation, “robots,” “spiders,” and “offline readers,” that access the Site in a manner that sends more request messages to the ENvizion servers in a given period of time than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional on-line web browser. ENvizion grants the operators of public search engines permission to use spiders to copy materials from the Site for the sole purpose of creating publicly available searchable indices of the materials, but not caches or archives of such materials. ENvizion reserves the right to revoke these exceptions either generally or in specific cases.
C. ENvizion has the right to terminate your access to the Site, in its sole discretion, immediately and with or without cause.

These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the relationship between you and ENvizion are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, without regard to its principles of conflict of laws. You and ENvizion agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tel Aviv, Israel district and waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by ENvizion on the Site, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and ENvizion concerning the Site. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and a party’s failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. YOU AND ENVIZION AGREE THAT ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE MUST COMMENCE WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES. OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.
